If you thought Yuvraj Singh was the only player to be ruled out, think again. Australia’s left-arm seamer Nathan Bracken was ruled out of the Champions Trophy with a knee injury.

The pace bowler will be returning to Sydney where he will be consulting a specialist and team physio Alex Kountouris confirmed the news that the pacer will no longer play a part in the Champions Trophy, dealing a blow to the defending champions’ campaign.

Australia play their first match in Johannesburg against West Indies on Saturday.
